This chestnut-coloured beer is brewed using pale ale and crystal malt, which gives it a full-bodied flavour. A finely balanced hop character is enriched by the late addition of Styrian Goldings as a dry hop in each cask to give a prominent floral hop aroma and warming aftertaste.

A rich toffee flavoured beer bursting with fruity character, this premium ale is perfectly balanced with a clean bitter finish. This beer takes its name is from the world famous 'Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem Inn' which lays claim to being England's oldest Inn. Carved into the sandstone rock at the foot of Nottingham Castle, the Inn was reputed to be a favoured resting place and 'watering hole' for the brave knights who rallied to the call of King Richard The Lionheart to join The Third Crusade to the Holy Land.

Freshly toasted coriander seeds are added to the grist and at the later stages of the boil, resulting in a festival of flavour and aroma. This delightful beer is a real thirst quencher, and is particularly good as an accompaniment to curry.
Winner of numerous beer festivals, including gold at the CAMRA 2007 Great British Beer Festival.
